Brian oversees all Government and commercial operations, including aircrew and technician management, deployments, and compliance with Government operational directives. His extensive background in aviation and defense-related activities guides his work.
Prior to joining RPS, Brian served for over 25 years in the United States Air Force, retiring in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was a Command Pilot and has flown numerous aircraft, including the MQ-9, F-15E, A-10, and T-6. He was the first Commander of the reactivated 429th Air Combat Training Squadron. His numerous deployments included Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Deny Flight, Deliberate Force, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. He was also a lead mishap investigator for the USAF Safety Center.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Business Administration degree from Touro University International.
